It was a special moment to speak on the Concordia Summit MainStage in celebration of the Concordia 15th Anniversary Summit to amplify a community that has consistently demonstrated a truth, that the most durable solutions to humanity’s hardest challenges arise when public, private, and civil society leaders meet as equals, listen with humility, and act with shared purpose.

As a member of the Concordia Leadership Council, I have witnessed dialogue transform into action, where a conversation in New York becomes a clinic protocol in Lagos, and where a handshake on stage becomes a safer supply chain for nutrition or a data partnership that drives accountability.

My call to fellow leaders is clear, before we leave this United Nations General Assembly High-level Week, let each of us identify one partnership to formalise, one barrier to remove, and one metric to report back next year. Let us measure success not by the number of panels convened, but by the number of lives improved, in safe births, stronger systems, and opportunities unlocked for women and girls.
