It is an honour to return as a Counsellor at the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, a gathering which unites over 2,000 young leaders from more than 190 countries to confront the defining challenges of our time and ignite new pathways for global change.
The Opening Ceremony, held at Munich’s iconic Olympiahalle in the Olympic Park, set a powerful tone for the week, a celebration of unity, diversity, and purpose, where young voices from every continent came together with a shared vision of impact.
This year’s Summit convenes under five pivotal themes, the Circular Economy, Anti-Hate, Responsible Technology, Education, and Peace & Security, each resonating deeply with my lifelong advocacy and frontline programming through the Wellbeing Foundation Africa, for women’s, adolescents and children’s health and wellbeing.
As we continue at the International Congress Centre Munich, I look forward to a week of mentorship, dialogue, and action, engaging in sessions that explore how responsible leadership, technology, and education can transform global health outcomes and strengthen equity across generations.
At this intersection of youth leadership and experience, I am privileged to guide and learn from a new generation of changemakers, innovators, and health advocates whose work will continue to shape our work for the decades ahead.
The spirit of One Young World has always been one of collaboration, courage, and hope. As we embark on the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, I am inspired by the shared commitment of young leaders worldwide to foster societies rooted in justice, sustainability, and compassion.
